So happy its helpful! We’ve been to both and would definitely pick Puglia!
We didn’t have this problem as our credit cards back here in the USA provide rental coverage insurance so we brought the paperwork that says that and they accepted that! Does that help?

I was debating about going to Amalfi or Puglia and this helped a lot. Quick question, I heard that car rentals have an additional insurance fee on top. Was this the case with you and if so, is there a way to find out ahead of time and not getting a big additional fee as a surprise?
